Privacy Policy
The short version: we only use your details to reply to you and handle your order, and we never sell them. Last updated October 2026.
Who we are
MylarBags.ca is run by Lion Packaging, a Canadian packaging company. When this policy says “we”, it means Lion Packaging.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, company, province, project details, any file you attach, and how you found us. Like most websites, our web host also keeps basic server logs, such as IP addresses and pages visited, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, prepare quotes, and handle orders if you go ahead. We don’t sell it, rent it or use it for unrelated marketing.
How the form works
Quote requests are sent to us by email directly from our own web server. Your request then lives in our email system.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we’ll update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and order information as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Send your request through our quote form or contact Lion Packaging, and we’ll respond in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
